When you buy a retro handheld from me, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees at checkout, and all UK deliveries are completely free.
Every device is stored, configured, and shipped directly by me from the UK. You won’t be waiting weeks for overseas shipping, and you’ll never be hit with unexpected customs charges.
Dispatch Times
Because my local Royal Mail collection happens at 9:00 am, my dispatch schedule works a little differently to massive warehouses, but it guarantees your console gets on its way as securely and quickly as possible:
- Orders placed before 4:00 pm (Mon–Fri): I will carefully pack your order that same afternoon/evening, and it will be collected by Royal Mail the next working morning.
- Orders placed after 4:00 pm, or on weekends/public holidays: Your order will be packed in time for the next working day when it will be collected by Royal Mail. (For example, an order placed on Saturday will be collected by Royal Mail on Monday morning).
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another email containing your tracking link when Royal Mail collects your package.
How long will delivery take?
I exclusively use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Once your package has been collected, you can expect it to arrive within 2 to 3 working days. Because it is a fully tracked service, you will be able to follow your console’s journey right to your doorstep.
Where do I deliver?
I deliver to any United Kingdom address that is covered by the standard Royal Mail network.
(Please note: there are a very small number of remote island locations that Royal Mail cannot reach.)
